BetaDVIR Plus — smarter truck and trailer inspections

DVIR Plus takes driver vehicle inspection reports past the paper checklist — drivers inspect the truck and the trailer from the mobile app, and anything they flag reaches the maintenance team while the unit is still in the yard.

Digital inspections, truck and trailer. Drivers complete their pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the phone, covering the power unit and the trailer in the same walkaround — no forms to hand in and no reports lost in a cab.
Inspection records that stay organized. Every report is filed against the unit and stays searchable, so the inspection history is on hand when maintenance, an audit or a roadside check calls for it.
Problems caught early. Defects surface as soon as a driver reports them, giving you the chance to deal with a small issue before it becomes an expensive repair or a truck sitting on the shoulder.
Drivers and maintenance on the same page. Reported defects go straight to the maintenance team, closing the gap between the driver who found the problem and the people who fix it.

BetaSmart Tracking (Beta) is live

Smart Tracking (Beta) reads the truck's GPS and keeps the load moving on its own - stops update themselves, detention is caught as it happens, and your customer can be kept in the loop automatically.

Automatic stop detection. Arrivals, departures and detention are detected from the truck's position, so the load timeline fills itself in - approaching, arrived, departed and revisits - without anyone touching a stop.
Hands-off stop completion. Actual arrival and departure times can be stamped and stops marked completed as the truck comes and goes, and the load can flip to Delivered on its own once the truck leaves the final stop.
Two-tier detention alerts. A warning fires after one hour at a stop and detention after two, with an hourly reminder to the dispatcher after that - so detention is documented while the truck is still sitting there.
Customer updates, optional. Each milestone can be shared with the customer and emailed to them automatically, or kept internal. Set your company defaults in Dispatch → Settings → General, and adjust any individual load from the Mileage & Smart Tracking dialog.
